About Dr. Jessica Henderson

Dr. Jessica Henderson moved to Oregon in 2002 after graduating with a degree in Aerospace Engineering. Jessica spent several years in the community and was a volunteer ski-patroller on the National Ski Patrol at Mt. Bachelor. During that time, she went back to school to become a dentist and graduated with honors from the OHSU School of Dentistry.

Jessica has been practicing as a general dentist since 2014.  She worked the first three years as an associate dentist in Prineville, Oregon before taking over for a retiring dentist in Bend, Dr. Brad Johnson. The practice has been a labor of love for Jessica, and now it is a booming practice. Jessica has a passion for dentistry unlike many other dentists; she is constantly smiling while she works.  She also has a commitment to continuing education that could not be more impressive. While most dentists take the minimum required number of credits, 20 per year, Jessica averages over 100 credits per year.

She is a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, and the American Academy of Facial Esthetics. She is an officer of the Central Oregon Dental Society and has a lot of connections with other dentists and specialists in Oregon. More importantly, though, Jessica is a compassionate person who truly cares about her patients. She strives for clinical perfection by working with a local, Oregon dental lab and surrounds herself with the best professionals in all aspects of dentistry.

Jessica spends most of her time working, as she is the only doctor in her practice. But when she’s not, she enjoys time at home “out in the country”.  For fun, Jessica and her husband of 20 years go to Mt. Bachelor to go snowboarding and hang out up at the mountain. In the summer, Jessica likes hiking or kayaking with her three Newfoundland dogs.
